What we store and why

Currency preference — when you switch prices between KES and USD, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device.
Staff sign-in cookies — members of our team who log in to the administration area receive secure session cookies, including one that remembers a verified device for 24 hours. Visitors browsing the website never receive these.

Third-party content

Some property pages include YouTube videos, virtual tours (e.g. Matterport), or an embedded Google map. These services may set their own cookies when you interact with them — for example, YouTube only loads after you press play. Their respective cookie policies apply.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested first.

Managing cookies
